Check your available balance and choose the option to convert your points into a discount.

Indicate the number of Feel Points you wish to convert. The discount value will be calculated automatically.

Get your discount code

After confirming the redemption, a code will be generated with the value corresponding to the points used.

Apply the code to your purchase

Add your products to the basket and enter the code in the discount field during checkout.

Feel Points are the loyalty program points of Feel Animal Welfare. You can earn them through your purchases exclusively at the Feel Shop and through different actions carried out with the Feel community.
You can earn points by shopping at Feel Shop, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social media, sharing your experience through a review, and registering your pet's birthday, among other actions.
For every €1 spent at Feel Shop, you receive 1 Feel Point. For example, a purchase of €50 allows you to accumulate 50 points.
The conversion is simple: 20 Feel Points are equivalent to a €1 discount. This means each point is worth €0.05.
You can start converting your Feel Points into a discount once you have accumulated a minimum of 50 points.
No. Once you've reached the minimum required balance, you can choose how many points you wish to use, according to your available balance. For example, 50 points equate to a €2.50 discount and 75 points equate to a €3.75 discount.
